    Nicole - Veterinarian, Director

Nicole graduated from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in Edinburgh, but Perthshire is home; even whilst studying she returned every weekend, and opening The Dunkeld Vet is the realisation of a long-held dream to provide thoughtful, compassionate care within the community she knows so well.

As both a vet and the owner of the practice, Nicole is passionate about taking time with each patient and their owner. She has a particular interest in working with anxious pets, using patience, gentle handling, and trust-building to help visits feel calmer and more positive. She also has a deep respect for older pets, focusing on comfort, quality of life, and supporting owners through every stage of their pet’s life.

Outside the practice, Nicole is busy raising two young children and Rupert her terrier cross. She also enjoys crafting, reading, hillwalking and catching up with friends in one of the wonderful coffee shops in the area.
